The design has two parts: one for the restoration of Stone Villa and the other to design new-build apartments on the brownfield area of Ashley Motors.

 

I am building only on certain portions and preserving others for biodiversity. Bioswales and raingardens are designed where suitable, for example the bioswale is along the road and pavement to filter out the most harmful pollutants from that surface. And finally, the site is open through on the ground floor for use as public amenity.
