Derelict Dublin

I started mapping all the vacant or derelict sites that I could find, looking at it through the lens of water damage and loss of roofing structure. Many buildings would have been saved at a much earlier stage if gutters had been cleaned or replaced, roof tiles replaced as needed. A larger cause for concern is when owners wilfully strip the slates off a roof and let the structure decay so as to be able to give justification for its demolition.
